Training Administration allows your organization to setup training specifications to be followed by your managers, employees, internal training staff, and external training vendors.  Create your training classes and associate your individual employees , job code groups, or other group easily through the DATIS e3 software.  Create reoccurring training classes or groups of classes as templates for future training compliance. 


TRAINING ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONALITY:

Course Setup

  • Establish the course basics:
    • Course Name
    • Course Start and Finish Dates
    • Course Start and Finish Times
    • Location
      • In-House
      • External Training
      • Online
  • Establish if it is an online course, instructor lead, or self study
  • Set your course expiration dates, and enrollment start dates
  • Establish prerequisites for courses
  • Establish your grading scale:
    • pass/fail
    • 0-100%
    • A-F
    • Attendance/Non-Attendance
  • Setup your courses as a template and use them for future courses
  • Upload documents that pertain to each training course
