Secondary Pay Rates within DATIS e3 empowers your organization to be flexible in strategically placing your employees where you need to, while financially compensating them appropriately.  DATIS e3 accepts unlimited job codes with 12 alphanumerical characters to be defined by on your organization’s needs. 

At the end of the payroll period you and your employees will be able to view the pay period layout by job code, related hours, or rolling it up to the final pay period amount.  These DATIS e3 features help to reduce confusion, and inquiries as to how an employees pay and deductions were calculated.

Secondary Pay Rates

  • Develop unlimited number of job codes (12 alphanumeric characters)
  • Assign pay criteria to each job code per hour based on organizational needs
  • Break out employee paystubs by each job code and associated hours
  • Assign Dual Employment options to those qualified employees
  • Assign Shift Differentials to those qualified employees
  • Assign other pay differential as outlined by your organizational policies

Overtime

  • Observe automatic overtime computations based on all pay differentials, dual employment, and shift differentials broken out by week

Appearance on Employee Pay Stub

  • Set up paystub view for employee with up to 6 week field for data output
  • Employees can view each week individually on pay stub for the related pay period
  • View an itemization of their paystub by each job code and associated hours
