WEEKS 1-2
POSITION CONTROL
Consultants help you define organizational levels, job codes, career levels, and more, according to best practices. Workflows and security groups are set and the Organizational Chart is created.
WEEKS 2-3
TIME AND ATTENDANCE
CARRIER FEEDS
Our consultants advise on best practices for defining admin groups, timesheet frequency, rounding rules, and more. We will define and set up complex pay rules and carrier feeds.
WEEK 4
PAYROLL
Here, we will define earnings and deduction codes for payroll processing and set up shift differentials, GL feed, liens, recurring earnings, direct deposit, self-service, and more.
WEEKS 5-6
HUMAN RESOURCES
ACCRUALS
Paperless employee files are created and required documents are defined. Salary grades, job descriptions, performance reviews, and corrective actions are also set.
WEEKS 6-7
CREDENTIAL MANAGEMENT
COMPANY ASSETS
All credential types, documents, and company property types will be assigned and mapped to job codes in the system. We will also take an inventory of company property at this time.
WEEKS 7-8
RECRUITING MANAGEMENT
Your company careers page and application template is created and applicant progress steps are defined along with electronic communication templates.
WEEKS 9-10
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
Benefit administration details are configured including plans, tiers, and accruals.
WEEKS 11-12
TESTING

These last two weeks will be dedicated to testing, training, and finally, go-live.
